When it comes to thrifting and vintage, I’ve found that you sometimes find the best pieces in the most unexpected places. It can be all about re-purposing. Maybe, back in the day, they wore something one way and for one purpose, but today, it’s a whole other story…
For instance, this dress — or rather house dress. I found it in the sleepwear/intimates section of a local thrift store. The intimates section can sometimes be the best source for dresses and blouses. I’m guessing the original owner of this awesome number, probably would never leave the house in it. Flash forward to today, why not wear it out and about?!
