I found this great skirt recently. I know that velvet is more of a fall/winter fabric, but this vibrant red skirt was calling my name. How could I say no to it?
It is so pretty that I think I could wear it year round! Sometimes, fashion rules are made to be broken! If you can now wear white year round–why not velvet?! Fashion, smashion. Rules, smules.
I’ve said it once, and I’ll say again–do what makes you happy, and this skirt makes me happy!
Think about this–wouldn’t this skirt be great to wear once Christmas comes? Add a nice vintage Christmas Sweater and a pair of green tights and “ta dah!” you’re done! (haha I joke, I joke!)
All jokes aside, this skirt is beautiful and it is waiting in my shop to find a home with some nice curvy lady out there!
