Healthy Living Update Week: Week 2

This week is one stressful week followed by another stressful week. I am a week away from heading back for good to California, and it has definitely been an anxiety filled time.  Wouldn’t you be stressed too if this was what your room looked like?

AHHHH!!!!!!

I am still watching the bread and sweets, but I have to admit–I had a couple non-fat frozen yogurt this week! (Oops!) At least it is non-fat, and I am trying not to make it a regular thing. Snacking has been kinda bad as well. (Snacking can be such a downfall for me!) At least I have gone to the gym most every day this week and walk everywhere.

On a positive note, I have felt a big change in my body shape recently. I have no idea if I have lost poundage because I do not have a scale here in NY. I do feel as though I have gotten smaller in my stomach and thigh area. The main thing for me is feeling comfortable in my body and that is slowly happening. I can slowly feel my body morphing.

One more week of stress and then hopefully I will be able to get back to normal once I am settled. Hopefully this stress won’t be a pit fall for me–at least there hasn’t been any cupcakes, ice cream, or candy buying! No bread at dinner as well!
