Yesterday, I went to San Francisco with my mom for a conference. It was crazy there with pride going on. I tried to avoid it as much as possible, because I hate dealing with crowds and parades (not to say that I’m not happy with what it represents and all the recent great news!). I haven’t been to the city in a while, it was good to be back for a little while, but it made me thankful to be able to go home. I was pooped by the end of the day — I guess pregnancy does that to you! You can’t handle doing what you did (physically) before hand.
