Holy moly! Can you believe that it’s been TWO WHOLE YEARS since I started this little business venture of mine?! Who knew that something that started out as an after work-and-weekend “hobby” is now my job?!
Two years ago, I was sitting in an office in New York City, working for a small clothing company as an Assistant Fashion Designer. I sat at my desk telling my coworker that my dream was to run my own business selling plus size vintage and my own designs — now it’s a reality!
So, remember, no matter how “silly” or “trivial” a dream is — it can still become a reality! All you have to do it get off your butt and do it. Life is too short (I’m sorry about the cliché saying, but it’s true), so don’t keep putting off your dreams. Do what makes you happy, healthy, and able to live the best life you need. ‘Proof is in the pudding’ for me!
